West Archer Infill

Our client approached us with an existing single-family residential lot that they wanted to maximize for light multi-family use. We worked with the client to establish what the zoning permitted for the lot, as far as setbacks, parking, and allowed number of residential units.

The final design included a street-facing 4-plex with a shop building in the rear of the site, for a total of 4 dwelling units. The main level has two 1-Bd units and a 2-Bd unit, while the 2nd floor consists of a single 2,200 SF 3-Bd unit.
