12th + Delaware Townhomes
The client for this project came to us with a site they were interested in developing, but wanted to do some site studies to see how many townhome units would be feasible based on zoning and building code. The site was in a desirable location, surrounded by single family residences and a church building.
The site was able to accommodate a maximum of 18 units, with street-facing entries and parking in the back. The design concept was to provide offset entrances to give variation to the facade.
