The developers for this Miami Art Deco-inspired mixed-use infill building wanted to add density and value to this existing lot in the downtown area. Due to certain zoning, we were able to maximize the building square footage - bringing the building footprint as close to the property lines as possible.

We were able to use our knowledge of building code and zoning requirements to balance the goals of both the client and the municipality. The end result is an asset to the downtown area that brings vibrancy and unique housing options to the community.
