Boomer Lake Station

Method was tapped by a developer client to design a conceptual master plan for the development of the Boomer Lake Station site in Stillwater, OK. The site was listed as a development RFP through the City of Stillwater.

The proposed development plan included converting the historic Boomer Lake power station into a brewery with a taproom and restaurant. Also located on the site were mixed-use and office buildings, townhomes, apartments, and a recreational area by the lake.

The development plan was selected by the City to proceed into negotiations and the redevelopment effort is moving forward.
