We are located in Tulsa nearby Owasso, a city in Oklahoma and a northern suburb of Tulsa. The town was first settled in Indian Territory in 1881. In 1904 it was incorporated, prior to Oklahoma becoming a state. The city was chartered as a city in 1972. Owasso is home to a vibrant community of residents. The community's growth and development have helped it retain its status as a thriving suburb of Tulsa.
The town of Owasso has a diverse economy that includes a high sales tax. This money goes to local infrastructure and salaries. This community has no ad valorem taxes, which means that residents of the city aren't burdened with a large tax bill. Residents of the town have a high quality of life, excellent schools, and a strong business community. The original town site in Owasso, I.T., was platted by the Secretary of Interior on March 26, 1904. Today, the city has a population of thousands. The population was only a few hundred in 1904. By the 1970s, the city's population had exploded, bringing families from across the Midwest to live in the area. The average commute time was only a little over two hours, but the quality of life was good.
Method Group was founded with the idea we could reimagine what an Architecture firm looks like. With a focus on collaborative coordination and an emphasis on the value of human capital - we're here for a better, kinder, more equitable approach.
As part of our digital-first focus, we utilize technology such as Matterport photo and laser-scanning to get accurate records of existing buildings and create a virtual way to access buildings and sites throughout a project. We also rely on cloud-based software and remote-capable hardware for all of our core functions. This allows us to be flexible and our team to work efficiently in a remote way - keeping us connected to projects, clients, and each other. Ultimately, this means a high level of responsiveness and engagement from our team.
