ABOUT US
Although our home office is in Oklahoma, we can service clients in Frisco, Texas. From the Shawnee Trail and wagon trains in the mid-1800s, we have the City of Frisco, Texas, which we know today. The Shawnee Trail would soon become the Preston Trail, and Lebanon, a small community, was founded where a U.S. Post Office would be opened in 1860. By 1904, the residents of this community changed the name to Frisco City, and over the years, it was shortened to Frisco.
Frisco is located in two counties, Collin and Denton, and both the DFW International Airport and Lovefield Airport are 25 miles away. Between 2000 and 2009, this was the country's fastest growing city, a bedroom commercial where professionals call home and families enroll their children in top rated public schools.
With ample parks and entertainment centers, families have made Frisco, Texas home to one of the highest-ranking school districts giving their children a solid educational base. The 62.4 square miles enjoy over 230 days a year of sunshine, where retail business booms and restaurants multiply. One of the Dallas area's busiest roads, Preston Road, runs through the middle of this small city to the north.
Method Group was founded with the idea we could reimagine what an Architecture firm looks like. With a focus on collaborative coordination and an emphasis on the value of human capital - we're here for a better, kinder, more equitable approach.
As part of our digital-first focus, we utilize technology such as Matterport photo and laser-scanning to get accurate records of existing buildings and create a virtual way to access buildings and sites throughout a project. We also rely on cloud-based software and remote-capable hardware for all of our core functions. This allows us to be flexible and our team to work efficiently in a remote way - keeping us connected to projects, clients, and each other. Ultimately, this means a high level of responsiveness and engagement from our team.
