Cains Coffee Building

Our client, OKC-based HGL Construction, wanted to convert the historic 5-story, 50,000SF Cains Coffee Building into a new mixed-use building. The plans involved office space for a new HGL headquarters, as well as additional leased office space, restaurants, and more.

The HGL headquarters included amenities such as a gym and high tech conference room.
