As part of our tech-forward approach, we use Matterport scanning to get faster and more accurate measurements. We use these scans not only as photo documentation, but we use the point-cloud data to accurately draw the floor plan of the building in Revit - our building modeling software.

This service can be used for as-built drawings, building square footage verifications, and reallocations of tenant spaces within a building.
