The Park 8Plex

The goal of this project was to create some infill housing units within an existing housing complex. The new construction buildings were designed to fit the style of the existing buildings, while adding an updated color scheme and interior finish selections. Our scope included coordinating with the municipality on the infill plans, and creating the construction documents for building and permitting.

This project is located in Pryor, OK, where there is a tremendous need for additional housing. We were excited to be a part of the solution in bringing more housing units and options to the community.
