The Francesca

The developers for this spunky Miami Art Deco-inspired building wanted to add density and value to an existing lot in the downtown area. Although it’s a mixed-use building, one of the primary goals for the client was to provide additional housing options in the downtown area - adding more vibrancy and walkability to the community.

The project included 1 accessible unit on the ground floor, with 7 units on each of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The unit mix ranges from studio to 2-bedroom units. The interiors of the units are open and inviting, maximizing views and natural light.
