Schematic Design is the stage when we start really digging into the design. We take programming information and start putting together conceptual level materials such as

• massing studies

• schematic layouts and floor plans

• diagram drawings

• sketches

• mood boards

and any other necessary tools for conveying the design concept.

This service is included in a full scope project, but can also be a stand-alone service used for providing conceptual materials to support grant application efforts, financing, or investor packages.
