Interior Design

We have in-house interior designers and offer full interior design services. Interior Design can be included as additional services on architectural projects, or as a stand alone service.

When integrated into a full scope project, we provide interiors scope at every phase, along with architectural deliverables. By integrating interiors alongside the architectural process, we can ensure that there is a cohesive design and that all elements are coordinated from beginning to end.

As a stand alone service, we provide finish updates and refreshes, tenant improvements, and interior design support services to contractors or other architects.

Interior Design deliverables typically include:

  • mood boards + finish boards

  • finish selections

  • 3D renderings

  • finish schedules + finish plans

  • space planning and floor plans

  • millwork and cabinetry design

  • kitchen design

  • specialty lighting design

  • construction contract administration to approve and oversee materials and finish installations.
