Pickleman’s Sandwich Shop

The client for this project wanted to open a Pickleman’s Sandwich Shop in Stillwater, OK to provide an off-campus dining option for students and residents.

The building is located just south of the Oklahoma State University campus, and had previously been operated as a bar. As an old building that had lived several lives, there were complex existing conditions to contend with. We worked with the client to provide a design solution that met the brand standards and provided a great atmosphere for diners.
