Hatfield & Co. is expanding their operations to include a new location in Broken Arrow, OK. It is metal building construction, with approx. 3,400 SF of Office Space and 8,390 SF of Warehouse. The office portion includes private offices, an open office area, conference room, restrooms, and shipping/storage.

Method worked with RECO Construction in a design-build capacity. We met with the Owner to coordinate programming needs, and adapted existing building standards to the new location. We coordinated with outside engineering consultants for MEP, Structural, and Civil.
