ABOUT US
Although we are based in Oklahoma, we can service clients in Nebraska in cities like Bellevue. A part of the Omaha–Council Bluffs metro area has a population of just over 60,000, according to the 2020 Census. Bellevue is the state's third-largest city and was settled in the 1830s by European Americans. The name "Bellevue" is French for 'beautiful view.'
The average hot season runs between May and September, with a high temperature in the 80s and a low temperature in the 60s. The winter weather runs between November and February, with an average high in the mid-30s and a low in the teens. The wettest time of the year is between April and October, with the dry time being between October and April.
Bellevue is 1159 feet in elevation and covers 16.02 square miles with less than 1 square mile of water. The Missouri River is to the east and is located in Sarpy County. For residents and visitors, they are several museums to enjoy, like the Rails West Railroad Museum, the Sarpy County Museum, and the General Crook House Museum. The Omaha Children's Museum is one for the whole family's enjoyment, and every July, the city hosts the Riverfest.

As part of our digital-first focus, we utilize technology such as Matterport photo and laser-scanning to get accurate records of existing buildings and create a virtual way to access buildings and sites throughout a project. We also rely on cloud-based software and remote-capable hardware for all of our core functions. This allows us to be flexible and our team to work efficiently in a remote way - keeping us connected to projects, clients, and each other. Ultimately, this means our team's high level of responsiveness and engagement.
